“Resilience Innovations” webinar series with HelEx
BOOSTER and HelEx have joined forces to launch “Resilience Innovations”, a joint webinar series designed to connect research, practice and policy around climate-smart agriculture and crop resilience. As part of a coordinated dissemination and outreach effort, the series brings together experts from both projects to share knowledge, present scientific and practical advances, and engage with specific stakeholder communities through targeted sessions.
FORMAT
BOOSTER and HelEx aim to create a sustained dialogue around resilient cropping systems, helping translate research results into practical knowledge and actionable insights for different actors across the agricultural innovation ecosystem.
LOOKING AHEAD
The Resilience Innovations series will continue with upcoming sessions tailored to other stakeholder groups. The next webinar will focus on farmers, bringing the discussion closer to on-farm realities and practical solutions that can support resilience in agricultural production.
The webinar series is structured as a multi-session initiative held twice a year, with each session tailored to a distinct audience group:
Scientists and students
First week of December 2025
Farmers
First half of 2026
Industry professionals
Second half of 2026
Policy makers
First half of 2027

«Hot Topics in Science»
The first webinar in the series, “Hot Topics in Science”, took place on Thursday, 11 December 2025 at 11:00 CET and was dedicated to the academic community, particularly researchers, plant and crop science PhD candidates, post-doctoral scholars, and other scientific professionals.
This inaugural session showcased recent scientific advances contributing to crop resilience and climate-smart agriculture, while also highlighting the value of collaboration between Horizon Europe projects. The programme brought together speakers from research institutes, universities and industry to discuss topics spanning genomics, biotechnology, biodiversity monitoring, biostimulants and artificial intelligence.
